Quakerclean Range

The Quakerclean range of cleaners consists of mild alkaline cleaners suitable for the removal of stubborn dirt, greasy residues, fines and soluble cutting fluids from ferrous and non ferrous machined parts. These products are suitable for Dip Tanks, Tunnel washers, Basket washers, Intensive Flood washers and High Pressure washers and providing short term corrosion to washed parts. Also suitable for the washing of ceramics and plastics in a wide variety of industrial washing equipment.

• Inter operational cleaning of ferrous and non ferrous materials (aluminium based materials pre-plating operations).

• Combination cleaning and corrosion protection products. Offering up to 2 weeks corrosion protection after washing.

• Heavy duty cleaners for washing used parts and equipment. To remove heavy ingress of dirt grease and oil.

Formula 8600 - Machine Tool System Cleaner

Formula 8600 has been specifcally developed as a system cleaner for aqueous solutions of machining and grinding fluids in a range of applications including centralised systems, single machine tool systems and as a general purpose machine surface cleaner.

Formual 8600 is formulated with specific tensio-active wetting agents and detergents and also a highly effective bacteriacide and fungicide package to breakdown dirt and bio-films that can easily harbour bacteria which can raise the potential for re-infection on the new charge.
