Optimax 410 & Optimax 610

How Optimax Neat Cutting Oils are reducing customers operating costs;

The Optimax range of high performance neat cutting oils were developed for the demanding applications of high speed CNC machining and grinding applications with the customers operating costs in mind.

Optimax 410 & Optimax 610 are formulated on hydro-treated base oils that removes waxes and other impurities existing in conventionally treated solvent refined mineral based cutting oils. As a consequence the oxidation stability and volatility is significantly improved providing extended serviceability with extremely low drag out losses for both these ISO 10 grades (Kv 10 Cst @ 40oC) meaning much lower product usage in some cases as much as 50% to that of conventional mineral oils.

The additive treatment packages are designed to protect the machine tool and to maintain tool performance and tool life; Optimax 410 is ideally suited for the medium duty cutting and grinding operations whilst Optimax 610 is used in more demanding machining applications where high tensile steels and exotic materials such as Titanium and Nickel based alloys are machined whereby carefully selected lubricity packages at the different levels ensure sustainable performance over time, so much so that in particular Optimax 610 is out performing fully ester based products in the market place.

Optimax 410 and Optimax 610 are readily available in 205 litres and 1000 Litres Intermediate Bulk Containers.
