Carecut products

Machining and grinding oils formulated using biodegradable synthetic ester base. Producing a water white extremely low misting cutting fluid.

Variocut range

High performance chlorine free cutting and grinding oils. Variocut HC products are blended using hydro-cracked base stock which promotes extremely low oxidation and excellent thermal stability.

Ilocut range

Neat machining and grinding oils that are generally chlorinated and sulphurised formulations blended to operate from light duty to extreme cutting conditions.

Ilobroach range

Broaching and heavy duty cutting fluids containing a high chlorine and active sulphur additive package.
