Stock Control
We can provide either manually or electronically a stock control system where it becomes our responsibility to insure that you always have product in stock and that you never run out.
Product Support
Our experienced team of engineers are able to support your needs for the preparation of lubricant or cutting fluid product trials or demonstrations requiring supply chain, logistical, process and waste management controls in order to accurately assess the performance against know base lines. Following such success migration plans are developed to maximise the opportunity within your plant.
Oil Sample Analysis
By regular sampling of the lubricant or cutting fluid and determining the contaminants within the fluid an assessment can be made as to the condition of the oil and the equipment in which it is used against known or targeted specification limits. Upon analysis the results can be interpreted to define either if it is fit for further service without any intervention or statement for action required particularly where the specification limits have been breached.
Under the principles of planned maintenance regimes any corrective action is not closed until such time the fluid is proven to be within the targeted specification limits usually when the sample has been re-tested. Any action required is prioritised according to the failure severity which enables you to manage maintenance regimes are carried out at a time to suit you and avoid costly failures and downtime.
Equipment Supply & Installation
We have over many years established a large data base of first class lubricant equipment suppliers and installers. We can undertake to supply, oversee installation and in some cases, finance the supply of all your lubrication equipment needs, at competitive rates. In the past we have supplied 50,000 litre fuel storage tanks and dispensing pumps, to barrel taps and funnels.Planned Maintenance - Lubrication surveys
We can provide our engineers to conduct lubrication surveys that identifies each piece of equipment that needs lubricating or greasing. From this information we provide a lubrication schedules that will break your plant lubrication servicing into periodic frequencies e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, three monthly, six monthly and annual tasks where the work load is spread equally to avoid peaks and troughs on maintenance resources. The customer can decide in which mode to operate the schedule viz; from a stand alone PC based lube programme, integrated into the existing PC maintenance programme or in basic form work cards.
Waste Management
We provide a complete waste management service including disposal of lubricants & cutting fluids, fluorescent tubes, paint tins, aerosol cans, batteries, empty metal & plastic containers etc. This can be done on a regular frequency or on an as required basis.
