In addition to supplying the Castrol range of world class lubricants we offer our customers “Optimum Plus” the UK’s most comprehensive lubricants service package. You can elect to use the entire package, or just select those items that suit your needs.The “Optimum Plus Service Package” is designed to add value for our customers, to the supply chain process. It has been developed over a number of years and we are continually reviewing and adding additional services, as demanded by our customers, in support of their needs.

Environmental Audits

Our experienced team will carry out an audit of all your lubricant storage facilities, both bulk and packaged and prepare a report highlighting any deficiencies that need to be addressed, in order for you to comply with the latest Environment Agency and petroleum storage regulations.

Waste Management

We provide a complete waste management service including disposal of lubricants & cutting fluids, fluorescent tubes, paint tins, aerosol cans, batteries, empty metal & plastic containers etc. This can be done on a regular frequency or on an as required basis.

Stock Control

We can provide either manually or electronicly a stock control system where it becomes our responsibility to insure that you always have product in stock and that you never run out.

Product Support

Our experienced team of engineers are able to support your needs whether it be for a machine clean out for product trials, lubricant sample analysis at our laboratories, coolant concentration and pH values or Health & Safety advice and literature.

Predictive Maintainance

By regular sampling and wear metal analysis of critical parts of you production process, we can assist in establishing the condition of these vital pieces of equipment.
This will help insure that maintainance programmes are carried out at times to suit you and avoid costly failures and downtime.

Equipment Supply & Installation

We have over many years established a large data base of first class lubricant equipment suppliers and installers. We can undertake to supply, oversee installation and in some cases, finance the supply of all your lubrication equipment needs, at competitive rates. In the past we have supplied 50,000 litre fuel storage tanks and dispensing pumps, to barrel taps and funnels.

Equipment supply and installation is one of our areas of expertise and this leaves you free to focus on what you do best.

Plan maintainance - Lubrication surveys

We can provide plant lubrication surveys that identify, every piece of equipment that needs lubricating or greasing. From this information we provide a lubrication schedules that will break your plant lubrication requirements down into daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
