Quakercool 2700

Quakercool 2700 is a fully synthetic - polymer based solution specifically developed for light to medium duty grinding operations particularly for rotary table grinders, disc and surface grinders as well as recommended for internal and external cylindrical grinding.

Quakercool 3502

Quakercool 3502 is a low semi synthetic Soluble Oil ideally suited for light duty machining on free machining ferrous and steel alloys. Quakercool 3502 is also recommended for light to medium duty grinding operations including centre-less, external cylindrical and internal cylindrical grinding applications with the feature of keeping the wheels open thus promoting extended wheel life.

Quakercool 3750

Quakercool 3750 is a general purpose semi-synthetic cutting fluid containing >40% mineral oil therefore recommended for those OEM's and end users of CNC Turning Centres, Sliding Head and Machining Centres. Also suitable for medium duty grinding applications and therefore can provide a high degree of product rationalisation. Quakercool 3750 is also available in a hard water version.

Quakercool 555

QUAKERCOOL 555 is a high performance micro-emulsion ideally suited to all operations where good lubrication performance and high surface finish quality is a major requirement particularly on difficult to machine materials. It is especially developed for demanding machining operations in Aerospace and is approved to Rolls Royce specification CSS 127.

The Quakercool 7101 Series are premium semi-synthetic grades where higher performance is required on more difficult to machine materials, where metal removal rates are high or the demands of the cutting tool requires much higher lubrication performance as follows:

Quakercool 7101

Quakercool 7101 is a high performance semi-synthetic and principally recommended for medium to high tensile steels and medium to high silicon Aluminium alloys. Also available in a hard water version whereby Quakercool 7101 H is approved by Rolls Royce Nuclear to RRA 15721.

Quakercool 7101 ALF

Quakercool 7101 ALF is a high performance semi-synthetic and principally recommended for Aerospace Aluminium alloys and low to high silicon Automotive alloys. Quakercool 7101 ALF is also recommended be used for medium to high tensile steels.

Quakercool 7101 LF (RR)

Quakercool 7101 LF (RR) is a high performance semi-synthetic and principally recommended for more difficult to machine exotic materials such as Titanium and Nickel based alloys within the Aerospace industry and is approved to Rolls Royce specification CSS 129 and CSS 131.
