Cooledge range

A basic milky white soluble cutting fluid for medium tensile steel and copper based alloys.

Almeredge products

General purpose semi-synthetic cutting fluids; chlorine free. Almeredge F is for use on a wide range of machining operations on low to medium tensile materials and meets Ford Motor Company specifications. Almeredge FX is for use on higher grade materials and more arduous cutting operations.

Alusol range

Semi synthetic cutting fluids specifically for the machining of aluminium and its alloys. However the high lubricity additive package permits the products to also machine ferrous metals.

Hysol products

Are premium grade long sump life semi synthetic cutting fluids some products carrying major manufacturer approvals i.e. Rolls Royce etc.

Products in this range can be considered for a number of applications and so aid cutting fluid rationalisation.

Syntilo products

Are fully synthetic soluble fluids ranging from extremely high performance cutting fluids that can be considered a replacement for neat oil to grinding fluids and fluids suitable for grinding tungsten carbide (prevention of cobalt leeching). Syntilo products are clear in appearance, an asset when used for grinding in particular roll grinding, and the absence of mineral oil in the formulation helps to promote extremely long sump life.
