Commercial fuel supply with the optional fuel management system

Optimum Oils Ltd supply generally full tanker loads of fuel up to 37,500 litres but part loads to a minimum of 10,000 litres can be supplied.

Deliveries are made to suit our customers requirements i.e. 6.00am – 5.00pm (day shift) or 5.00pm - 10.00pm evening shift.

Optimum Oils Ltd. offers a fuel management system to ensure the correct levels of fuel stocks are always maintained by our customers. We monitor fuel stocks each morning reconciling stocks against previously agreed stock levels/ tank sizes and vehicle accessibility and place orders in advance on behalf of our customer.

Optimum Oils Ltd monitor the load from the terminal to the customer to ensure the delivery is made in a timely manner. We notify our customers two weeks in advance of the delivery schedule and adjust if necessary dependent upon consumption.

In the main this service is offered free to contracted customers.

This is a partnership between Optimum Oils Ltd and our customer. It has been proven to save the customer considerable administration time and ensures they do not run out of fuel.
